For card stores selling Riftbound
CardUpkeep keeps your Riftbound singles counted, priced in Canadian dollars, and listed wherever you sell them: your own online storefront, your Shopify store, and the counter.
Riftbound is new, and the tools most stores already use were built around Magic. If you've been tracking Riftbound singles in a spreadsheet, or pricing them by hand every time a set shifts, CardUpkeep was built for you. It's for stores that sell Riftbound singles online, in-store, or both, and want one inventory that covers every channel.
Riftbound sits alongside Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon and One Piece in the same account. That way you're not running a separate system for each game you stock.
Your in-stock Riftbound singles are repriced every day from current market data, converted to Canadian dollars. You set how far a price is allowed to move in one update. A change outside your limits is never applied automatically. It's skipped and emailed to you in a report so you can decide. How many cards are repriced each day depends on your plan.
Pick a Riftbound set and enter quantities for the whole set on one page, instead of adding cards one at a time. You can set every condition at once, then adjust individual cards. A matching bulk edit screen lets you update a set's existing stock just as quickly.
Already have your Riftbound stock in a spreadsheet? Upload it as a CSV or Excel (.xlsx) file. All it needs is a card ID and a quantity per row. You can export your Riftbound inventory the same way whenever you want a copy. See the pricing page for which plans include import and export.
If you sell on Shopify, CardUpkeep creates and updates a Shopify product for each Riftbound card you stock, so your Shopify store carries the same prices and quantities as your inventory. Shopify is optional. If you don't use it, you don't need it.
Every store gets its own online storefront at its own address, with a page for each Riftbound card you have in stock. Customers can browse and buy without you building a website. Your in-stock singles can also be listed in a Google Shopping feed.
Publish the Riftbound cards you want to buy, and let customers submit their cards to you online, priced from the same market data as your inventory. Buylists are included on higher plans. See the pricing page.
Most TCG software is priced in US dollars and assumes your store is too. CardUpkeep is 100% Canadian-owned and runs on Canadian servers. Your plan is billed in CAD, and your Riftbound prices are converted to CAD before they reach your shelves, your storefront or your Shopify store. You won't be doing currency math at the counter, and your monthly bill won't move with the exchange rate.
Plans are flat monthly tiers with no per-sale commission. The pricing page has the current tiers and exactly what each one includes.
